We are a Privately Funded Dental Practice.

Please read and understand our clinic's policies and concept before commencing treatment. This will avoid misunderstandings.

We are only interested in giving our clients the best dental medicine humanely possible.

There is a cost and a time frame involved for each treatment.

 

                                    TERMS AND CONDITIONS / PRACTICE POLICIES

  1. Our philosophy is one of total oral health care for all our patients and we undertake to deliver the very best dental care solutions available.

  2. We recognise that every patient is unique and we guarantee to provide an individual Treatment Plan for all patients.

  3. Every Treatment Plan will include the initial treatment that is required and the long-term strategies that are needed to achieve and maintain healthy teeth.

  4. A written estimate and Treatment Plan will be provided for all courses of treatment requiring more than one visit. These estimates will be re-evaluated in discussion with patients as the treatment progresses.

  5. All Treatment Plans are written and presented on the understanding that they are estimates, Dentistry is a complex procedure and all treatment plans will be subject to constant re-evaluation.

  6. No Treatment Plan is able to guarantee initial 100% accuracy; some dental problems by their nature have to be treated trough a process of elimination. However the practice does provide a full and on-going consultation process in order to deliver a solution.

  7. Treatment plans are valid for 6 weeks from the date of issue.

  8. Treatments once started and not completed as scheduled will require a reassessment appointment before continuation of the present treatment.

  9. Payment for treatment is required after every visit.

  10. Agreements for interest-free payment plans are available on request. The Plan will need to be set up prior to the commencement of the treatment.

  11. If you hold Private Dental Cover please let us know, and we will complete the form for you.

  12. The practise requires 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel an appointment. How ever we will be charging an appropriate fee only for cancellations which are done on the same day.

  13. Our dental treatment is provided to a very high standard, but occasionally treatment may need to be replaced or repairs undertaken. Our Practice policy is normally to provide repairs or replacements free of charge if the specific treatment fails within one year.

  14. Patient satisfaction is our primary goal; if for any reason you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please address your concerns in writing to Dr. Jeevana Subasinghe (Dr. Jeeves) or, you are welcome to direct your concerns in writing to Mrs. Susan Nyfros-Subasinghe, who will respond to you promptly.

  15. Any treatment which is requiring laboratory work or special equipment, a deposit 50% needs to be paid at the commencement of the treatment, and the balance before the last visit. For Dental Implants and Bone Regeneration Surgery, a deposit of 50% of the total cost is expected two weeks prior to commencement of the procedure. If there is a cancellation after the two weeks, the clinic keeps the right to charge the patient for any costs incurred whilst arranging the treatment.
  16. The clinic will time to time consult specialist in the field of Dental Medicine, with the patient consent. There will be an additional charge in some cases and this will be notified and agreed with the patients.
  17. Mr.Jeevana  Subasinghe (Dr. Jeeves) is a General Dental Practitioner who carries full Registration in Finland and England and, has experience and performs all disciplines of dentistry. But at anytime during treatment the patient has the right to request to be referred  to a specialist dentist or a medical professional, if the patient choose to do so.
  18. We advice our clients not to go ahead with any treatment, if you do not fully understand  the reasons why you are undergoing the treatment, the cost implications and the time frame.
  19. We expect all our patients to be responsible for their own oral health and advice them to have regular examinations and hygiene treatments, at least once a year, unless advised otherwise.
